Depression - PHQ-2

The PHQ-2 is a two-item self-report questionnaire in which participants are asked to rate how often they felt little interest or pleasure in doing things, and how often they felt down, depressed or hopeless over the past 2 weeks, as a screening measure for depression. If you tested positive, you would be redirected to the PHQ-9.
